3D simulation before a single incision

Rhinoplasty is judgement as much as technique. We map your facial proportions, simulate the projected result in 3D, and confirm the plan with you in writing, before the operation. Open or closed technique is chosen for your anatomy, not habit.

“A good nose is the one no one notices, only that you look rested.”
  1. 01

    Proportion mapping

Facial thirds, nasofrontal and nasolabial angles measured and simulated.

  2. 02

    Technique selection

Open or closed, preservation or structural, chosen for your anatomy and goals.

  3. 03

    Breathing preserved

Function first: septum and valves assessed so you breathe better, not just look better.

  4. 04

    Approved before we begin

Your simulated outcome and plan are confirmed with you in writing.

What changes your price

Three things move the figure, your assessment makes them clear up front.

Complexity

Primary or revision, whether structural grafts are needed, is the biggest factor.

Technique

Open or closed, preservation or structural approach changes time and equipment.

Add-on procedures

Optional extras such as concurrent septoplasty or turbinate work.

We quote one all-inclusive package that covers the whole trip, with no surprises or extras added later. Your exact price is set in writing after your free assessment.

Your result is determined by our standard, not the surgeon alone

Good rhinoplasty requires consistency. Every case follows the same documented protocol, proportion mapping, technique selection, function priority, managed recovery. A coordinated team executes; the standard protects.

Proportion-mapping protocol

Facial thirds and angles measured and simulated against a standard template.

Technique-selection protocol

Open/closed, preservation/structural choices made against documented criteria for anatomy + goals.

Function-preservation protocol

Septum and valve evaluation are standard parts of every case, breathing before aesthetics.

Recovery & follow-up protocol

The same managed recovery for every patient, 6- and 12-month remote reviews.

Frequently asked questions

Questions on your mind

Open or closed technique, which suits me?

Your anatomy and goals decide. If tip rotation/projection is delicate, open technique gives better control; for minimal changes, closed leaves less swelling. After the 3D simulation, our written recommendation explains which and why.

Does it hurt?

Because the operation is done under general anaesthesia, you feel no pain during surgery. Discomfort in the following days is usually described as 'congestion + tenderness' and managed with prescribed pain relief. The first night is hospital observation.

When is the result final?

You'll see the initial shape after splint removal, but deep swelling resolves over 3-6 months and the final result settles at month 12. Social appearance recovers in about 10 days.

Will my breathing be affected?

On the contrary, septal deviation or valve insufficiency are corrected concurrently if present, and most patients breathe better after surgery. In purely aesthetic cases function is preserved unchanged.

Will I need a revision?

The need for revision varies from person to person; our standard is designed to minimise that likelihood. If needed, revision is reviewed under our written aftercare plan.

When can I fly home?

Usually on day 7-10, after splint removal. For our patients this plan is personally confirmed in the free consultation.
